Are you an experienced IFA/Financial Planning Administrator? Have you made some progress with the R0 exams, and can you bring technical expertise to our office? New Vision Wealth Management are looking to recruit an experienced Senior IFA Administrator to join their team in Crewe. This is a key hire for our business, and an excellent opportunity for someone with strong IFA administration experience and good technical knowledge to make a valuable contribution to a successful firm.

The role
As Senior IFA Administrator, you will provide high-quality support and technical expertise across all aspects of financial planning administration, ensuring that client servicing and new business processing is delivered accurately, efficiently, and compliantly. Responsibilities will include:
- Processing new business applications and investment transactions
- Preparing illustrations, documentation, and client communications
- Handling fund switches, rebalances, withdrawals and top-ups
- Producing portfolio valuations and supporting annual review processes
- Liaising with product providers to progress cases and resolve queries
- Maintaining accurate client records on back-office systems such as Intelliflo
- Supporting advisers and paraplanners with the smooth delivery of advice and service
About you
To be considered, you should have:
- Proven experience in a financial planning or IFA administration role
- Started the CII R0 Diploma exams with one or two successes, particularly to achieve the higher salary figure
- Good knowledge of pensions, investments, platforms, and provider processes
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- A professional and client-focused approach
- Confidence working within FCA-regulated procedures and compliance standards
Salary
The salary range is £28,000 – £33,000, although there may be flexibility for candidates who bring significant experience and value. We are particularly keen to hear from those with a strong financial planning technical knowledge.
