Are you the highly experienced financial planning administrator we are looking for? We are hiring and we want the best for this role! This is an office-based role working at our lovely, modern office with air-conditioned, free on-site parking and shops nearby. If you are unable to get into us 5 days a week, please speak to us and we'll see if we can be flexible.
The role
This is a key position within the business, supporting the Financial Planner and helping keep everything running smoothly day-to-day. You'll be involved in:
- Managing new business submissions through to completion
- Preparing client meeting packs and follow-up documentation
- Liaising with clients, providers and third parties
- Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems
- Managing diaries, appointments and workflow
- Supporting the wider administration of the business
You'll play a central role in ensuring clients receive a seamless, professional service at all times.
