Entry Level Administrator
HC Wealth Management – Bagshot, Surrey
£23,000 - £25,000 – hybrid working
Are you looking to start your career in financial planning? No previous experience required.
Opportunities to get into financial planning at trainee level don't come along very often.
HC Wealth Management is looking for someone who wants to learn, get stuck in and build a long-term career within the profession.
You don't need to arrive knowing everything. What matters more is that you're organised, interested in learning, prepared to take responsibility for doing things properly and you share our values.

The role
You'll join HC Wealth Management's support team and learn how a professional financial planning business works from the inside.
Working alongside experienced Financial Planners and the wider team, you'll gradually build your knowledge while helping to make sure clients receive a consistently high level of service.
There's plenty to learn, and as your experience and confidence grow, so will the role.
You'll get involved with things such as:
- Supporting the Financial Planners with day-to-day administration
- Helping to prepare and maintain client files
- Gathering information from clients and financial providers
- Processing new business and applications
- Keeping client records and systems accurate and up to date
- Helping prepare for client reviews
- Dealing with client and provider queries
- Following cases through and making sure things get done
- Working closely with the wider financial planning team
Who are we looking for?
We're not expecting you to be an expert in financial planning already.
We're much more interested in finding someone with the right approach who wants to learn and make something of the opportunity.
You'll need to be:
- Organised, accurate and good with detail
- Comfortable communicating with different people
- Confident using IT and learning new systems
- Able to manage your workload and follow things through
- Someone who takes responsibility rather than waiting to be chased
- Curious and keen to learn
- Happy working as part of a close-knit team
- Genuinely interested in developing a career in financial planning
