You will be the person who runs onboarding end to end, making sure every new client feels looked after, informed, and confident — all delivered with warmth, clarity, and serious efficiency.
This role will suit those who are experienced IFA or financial planning administrators as well as those from other backgrounds, such as hospitality, who have the people and client service skills required for this role.
The RoleOnce a client has agreed to proceed (handled by the Managing Director), you take over. You will:
- Own the entire onboarding journey from the initial enquiry to ongoing service
- Keep everything moving smoothly, accurately and on time
- Be the calm, friendly point of contact clients rely on
- Keep the client informed every step of the way and be there as a support
- Be trusted to spot gaps, suggest improvements and refine processes
This is a role for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, staying organised, and continuously improving how things are done.
What you’ll be doing- Managing all new client onboarding administration, including preparing documentation and updating client records

- Supporting the wider team with general administration when required
- Liaising with various providers covering a range of products to obtain, collate and identify missing information.
You may already be working in financial planning, or you might come from hospitality, customer service, administration, or another people-focused role. What matters is that you are:
- Naturally warm, calm, and professional
- Exceptionally organised and detail-focused
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership
- Curious to learn and build knowledge within financial services and technology
- Someone who enjoys improving systems, not just following them
There’s genuine scope here to progress within the company and you will be fully supported.
What’s in it for you?- Company pension

- Death in service cover
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Flexible working and flexible appointments
