Our client are currently looking to strengthen their Driving recruitment team and are open to candidates ranging from junior consultant level through to Divisional Manager, depending on experience. This is a hands-on role focused on account management and end-to-end recruitment, with no sales requirement. However, for candidates who enjoy business development or wish to operate as a 360 consultant, this would be welcomed and rewarded with a higher salary.

The role is office-based in Walsall, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm. Salary is open and highly competitive, with the company known for paying above market rates. An on-call rota is required (initially 1 in 3, moving to 1 in 4 as the team grows).

You will be working closely with two highly experienced managers, both with many years in the recruitment industry and long-term tenure with the business, offering strong support, stability and clear progression. Once the role is established, there will be opportunities to help grow the team further.
