We have an excellent opportunity for a Regional Operations Manager to work for a very successful and growing Recruitment Agency, managing 6 branches dealing with Industrial and Driving Recruitment. You will have the backing of an award-winning, forward-thinking, and industry-leading agency and all the support you need from Senior Managers. Our client has offices throughout the Midlands (Birmingham, Rugby, Leicester, Loughborough, and Oxford), so you will be able to work remotely or from your nearest branch.
The ideal candidate would have experience within the Industrial Sector and be currently working in a similar role as a Regional Manager across the East and West Midlands.
This will be an exciting challenge and will require a very hands-on approach. The right applicant will be able to demonstrate that:
- they are used to working to P & L
- able to manage teams remotely
- can deliver a bespoke Recruitment Solution
- drive sales through customer service and new business
- grow and develop teams
- have the ability to communicate at all levels
- be motivated with a hunger to succeed
