This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join an agency that offers one of the best training programmes for trainees, experienced consultants, and managers. You will work alongside an established team, with a Training Director providing coaching support and mentoring to help you deliver exceptional training. The role is based in Crawley, with regional travel to Brighton, London, and Leicester.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver courses from the core training programme.
  • Participate in training needs analysis and design of future training solutions as you gain experience.
  • Work closely with Senior Managers to identify strategic business needs, run bite-sized training sessions within branches, and undertake desk-side coaching.

Requirements:

  • Experience within the recruitment sector, with a successful track record in developing business in a 360 recruitment role.
  • Open to recruitment consultants, team leaders, managers seeking a trainer role, or those currently in an L&D role within recruitment.
  • Professional, articulate, confident, charismatic, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade, influence, and motivate staff across the business.

  • Educated to A-level standard.
