An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager to lead our client's existing and established team in their hugely successful branch based in Sheffield. You will be accountable for maximising the business performance of the Industrial team to increase its current success recruiting across a large geographical area. You will work for a highly respected agency in the market, known as one of the Sunday Times Best 100 companies to work for. You will be a strong leader, capable of inspiring and motivating your team. Your goal will be to create, develop, and retain a high-calibre sales and service delivery team, ensuring they gain a competitive advantage and increase market share. You will deliver effective forecasting and budgeting, ensuring business objectives are met, while maintaining a first-class recruitment service and high-quality standards.
Key duties include:
- Proactively drive sales, maximise revenue, and increase profit margins to enhance the profitability and sales revenue of the team.
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, setting and realising strategies with the team.
- Ensure adherence to company operating policies and compliance procedures, liaising with the compliance team for audits and best practices.
- Take full P&L responsibility, including forecasting and budget setting.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism with clients and candidates.
- Support consultants during client visits and act as an ambassador for the company's brand.
The Successful Candidate:
The candidate should have experience in developing and maintaining new business, mentoring high-calibre sales teams (preferably in the industrial sector), and be commercially focused, passionate, and driven to succeed.
