An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager to lead our client's existing and established team in their hugely successful branch based in Sheffield. You will be accountable for maximising the business performance of the Industrial team to increase its current success recruiting across a large geographical area. You will work for a highly respected agency in the market, known as one of the Sunday Times Best 100 companies to work for. You will be a strong leader, capable of inspiring and motivating your team. Your goal will be to create, develop, and retain a high-calibre sales and service delivery team, ensuring they gain a competitive advantage and increase market share. You will deliver effective forecasting and budgeting, ensuring business objectives are met, while maintaining a first-class recruitment service and high-quality standards.
Key duties include:
