An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to take on and develop a warm and successful Commercial desk. Our client is an award-winning, forward-thinking and industry-leading agency with branches across the Midlands. You will be accountable for maximising the business performance of your desk by showing your ability as a skilled 360 Commercial recruiter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and business development, to attract new business from clients and candidates alike
- Maintain client relationships through constant, effective communication
- Interview and resource candidates
- Compile job descriptions and advertise vacancies
Person Specification:
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
