We are recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to work for an industry-leading, dedicated Recruitment Agency, to take over the day-to-day running of an industrial site based in Leeds.
You will be responsible for resourcing and recruiting Industrial & Driving Temporary workers for this busy account. You will maintain close contact with the customer to ensure that any issues are resolved quickly and effectively, and that the customer's vacancies are filled in a timely manner in line with any SLA's that may be in place. Delivering the highest level of customer service at all times to both the candidate and the client.
You will be responsible for interviewing candidates and managing all administration of the account, including ensuring all compliance procedures are followed and all eligibility to work in the UK is completed. The ability to work to strict deadlines under pressure is essential, as you will also be responsible for running the weekly payroll.
Ideally, you will have previous experience servicing an on-site Industrial Recruitment Contract or managing an Industrial Recruitment Account and be a car driver due to the nature of the work.
You must be organized with a can-do attitude and possess good administrative skills, coupled with the ability to communicate effectively. You will have proven management skills, take accountability for the smooth running of the site, hold regular client meetings to maintain service quality, conduct staff one-to-ones, mentor your team, and ensure all KPIs are met.
