Client Engagement Principle – IT Recruitment
To be responsible for engaging with customers in order to understand how they procure and what they need to buy. To maximize the business potential within existing and/or prospect customer accounts, in order to achieve sales and business targets as set by the Head of Client Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Client engagement with major existing customers (45%)
- Client engagement with emerging customers (50%)
- Turnkey Sales (5%)
