About the Role

Recruitment Professionals is recruiting for an experienced Family Solicitor / Legal Executive (with rights of audience) to join a reputable Family Law department in Sheffield. This is a full-time office-based role offering excellent support and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • You will handle a caseload covering private family law matters including divorce, finances, and children cases.
  • The role requires proactive client engagement, sound judgement, and the ability to conduct your own advocacy when needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Family Executive
  • Experience in Family Law (Private Children desirable)
  • Knowledge of Legal Aid (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and advocacy skills
  • Confident and proactive professional approach
  • Ability to manage caseloads independently
