About the Role

Recruitment Professionals is recruiting for experienced early years professionals to join a well-established nursery group with excellent facilities and a strong commitment to quality childcare and staff development. We currently have exciting opportunities in Eastcote.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 15 months to 2 years
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support early learning and development
  • Observe and record children’s progress in line with the EYFS framework
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and maintain strong relationships with parents

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3+ Early Years qualification
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Passion for supporting early childhood learning and development
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Salary: £26,409 – £28,709 per annum

Hours: Full-time, all year round
