Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery group for an experienced Nursery Regional Manager to oversee multiple nursery settings across the region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven childcare leader with multi-site management experience who is passionate about driving operational excellence and delivering outstanding early years education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple nursery settings within the region.
- Support and mentor Nursery Managers to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, EYFS, and Ofsted standards.
- Drive occupancy, performance, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular site visits, audits, and compliance reviews.
- Work closely with senior leadership to implement strategic objectives and best practices.
Requirements:
- Previous multi-site nursery management experience.
- Strong leadership and operational management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework and Ofsted standards.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel across the region.
- Location: Tottenham, North London (N15)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
