Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a small family-run nursery based in Caterham set within a beautiful park and dedicated to providing high-quality childcare in a warm and nurturing environment. We are seeking a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join this friendly team as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will be reliable, wellâorganized and confident in working with children under the age of two, particularly babies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children.
- Plan and deliver engaging, ageâappropriate activities.
- Work effectively as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
- Maintain strong communication and positive relationships with parents and carers.
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing and development of all children in your care.
- Follow all safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (essential).
- Previous experience in a nursery setting, ideally with underâ2s and babies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for childcare and child development.
