About the Role
- Support the Nursery Manager in the daily running of the nursery
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding childcare and education
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and safeguarding regulations
- Maintain a high standard of care, learning, and safety across the setting
- Assist with staff training, supervision, and performance management
- Build strong relationships with parents and the wider community
- Level 3+ Early Years qualification (higher qualifications desirable)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior or management role within early years
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of safeguarding and EYFS requirements
- Positive, professional, and proactive approach
- Salary: £35,944 – £41,935 per annum
