About the Business

Recruitment Professionals are exclusively partnered with a high-growth, investor-backed Life Sciences recruitment firm. Specialising in clinical research, pharma, and biotech across the UK, EU, UAE, and US. The business is led by two highly experienced founders (both experienced recruiters) and has achieved exceptional early success. On track to exceed £500k in revenue in its first year.

With strong foundations and significant investment, they are now looking to scale—creating an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious consultant to play a key role in their growth journey.

The Opportunity

This is a 360 recruitment role focused on permanent placements within the life sciences sector. You will inherit warm, active roles from the founders while also driving new business to build and expand your own permanent vertical.

  • Work a global desk across the UK, EU, UAE and US markets
  • Leverage existing client relationships alongside proactive BD activity
  • Focus on clinical research roles, with scope to build out a commercial vertical
  • Play a pivotal role in scaling the permanent division whilst supporting contract activity on large volume projects
  • Clear pathway to leadership, including building and managing your own team

What’s on Offer

  • Base salary up to £45,000
  • Uncapped commission up to 30% (paid quarterly providing opportunity for higher earnings)
  • Fully remote working with regular team collaboration
  • Future City-based office (planned by 2027)
  • Genuine progression to management as the business scales

About You

  • Proven 360 recruitment experience within life sciences
  • Strong billing track record with consistent year-on-year growth
  • Ideally billing in excess of £200k
  • Confident in business development across international markets
  • Skilled in managing and growing long-term client relationships
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated by progression
