We are currently seeking a Team Leader Manufacturing Operative to join our clients successful team based in Kiveton S26.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain hand tools safely and effectively
- Work accurately to technical plans and specifications
- Maintain clear and accurate paperwork and documentation
- Ensure physical tasks are completed efficiently and safely
- Plan daily work loads for staff
- Administrative tasks
- Responsible for opening and closing of site
Ideal Candidate:
- Full UK driver's licence – essential for working between two sites
- Proven ability to carry out manual work and lift heavy items
- Experience working with technical plans and handheld tools
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Working between 6:00am and 2:30pm
