We are currently seeking a Team Leader Manufacturing Operative to join our clients successful team based in Kiveton S26.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain hand tools safely and effectively
  • Work accurately to technical plans and specifications
  • Maintain clear and accurate paperwork and documentation
  • Ensure physical tasks are completed efficiently and safely
  • Plan daily work loads for staff
  • Administrative tasks
  • Responsible for opening and closing of site

For this role, the ideal candidate will:

  • Full UK driver’s licence – essential for working between two sites
  • Proven ability to carry out manual work and lift heavy items
  • Experience working with technical plans and handheld tools
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
  • A proactive, “can-do” attitude with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Working between 6:00am and 2:30pm

Starting pay is ÂŁ13.50. This is a temp to perm position.
