Recruitment Pro are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established engineering services client based in Rotherham. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Sales & Marketing Executive to support business development and brand growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and commercially minded individual who enjoys working in a varied role, combining marketing, sales support and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality presentations, proposals and tender documents to support business development
- Assist in the preparation and submission of PQQs, RFQs and formal tenders
- Develop and manage marketing materials, including brochures, case studies and company profiles
- Plan and deliver social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn and other relevant channels
- Maintain and update the company website and online presence
- Support lead generation activities and identify new business opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to gather technical information for bids and marketing content
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Monitor and report on marketing performance and campaign effectiveness
- Ensure all branding and communications are consistent and aligned with company values
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a sales, marketing, or bid/tender support role
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce professional documentation
- Experience creating presentations and marketing collateral
- Familiarity with social media marketing and digital campaigns
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Experience within an engineering, construction or technical environment
- Knowledge of tender portals and bid processes
- Experience with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe, or similar)
- Basic understanding of SEO and website management
