Key Responsibilities: * Efficiently pick and pack items, ensuring accuracy in both product selection and packaging. * Label and inspect products for quality and consistency. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment. * Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues or concerns. Required Skills: * Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment. * Good communication skills to work effectively with your team. * Ability to maintain a high level of efficiency while managing multiple tasks. Please note, this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as required. Shift Details: * Hours: 3:00 PM – 10:45 PM, Monday to Friday. * Pay: £12.75 per hour. * Successful candidates will receive a permanent contract after 9 weeks. Please be aware that public transportation from Coalville to Leicester is limited after the shift ends at 10:45 PM, so reliable transportation is essential.
