to join one of London's leading technology recruitment businesses. You'll receive an
8-week training programme, a dedicated mentor and ongoing L&D , giving you everything you need to build a successful career in recruitment. You'll be working with some of the biggest names across technology and software, speaking to candidates and clients every day, negotiating deals and
earning commission from Day 1. No recruitment experience required. The Opportunity
£28,000–£40,000 basic salary depending on experience Uncapped commission from Day 1 September start date Central London office 8-week structured training programme Dedicated mentor throughout your first 12 months In-house Learning & Development Flexible working International company trips Lunch clubs at some of London's best restaurants and bars Regular socials Down-to-earth, supportive leadership team Established client relationships across technology & software What Will You Actually Be Doing?
You'll be trained to become a full 360 Recruitment Consultant, learning how to: Headhunt candidates for roles with leading global businesses Build relationships with candidates and clients Manage jobs and applications Write adverts and creatively source niche candidates Develop your own network within the technology market Sell, negotiate and influence Manage recruitment processes from start to finish Close deals and earn commission As you develop, you'll take on more responsibility for your own candidates, clients and revenue. sport at a high level , worked alongside university, held positions of responsibility or can demonstrate a track record of pushing themselves to achieve something difficult. Ultimately,
