Recruiting professionals involved in the design, development and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment.
Manufacturing & Production Engineering:
Supporting companies in finding talent to improve production processes, efficiency and operational performance.
Project & Design Engineering:
Recruiting professionals responsible for delivering engineering projects, technical designs and complex solutions.
You'll be trained to manage the full
360 recruitment process , developing relationships with engineering businesses and candidates while learning how to identify talent, understand hiring needs and deliver successful placements. Working with clients across the engineering sector, you'll have the opportunity to develop your own specialist market, build a strong professional network and place talented engineers into roles where they can make a real impact. We're looking for ambitious salesmen / women who are motivated by earning potential, career progression and the opportunity to build a long-term career. You'll ideally have: Previous sales experience (preferred but not compulsory) Strong communication and interpersonal skills A competitive, resilient and target-driven mindset A genuine motivation to earn money and progress quickly Confidence developing relationships and speaking with new people An interest in sales, business development and international markets A strong work ethic, with previous part-time work or competitive sporting achievements Availability to start immediately No previous recruitment experience is required , with full training provided from day one.
