This role offers the chance to take ownership of several major accounts, focusing on strategic growth, relationship management, and long-term account expansion across complex global organisations.

- Identifying new business areas and expansion opportunities
- Increasing overall account penetration and spend
- Building strong stakeholder relationships at senior and C-suite level
- Acting as a trusted advisor across complex client environments
- Driving strategic growth across existing partnerships

You’ll need the confidence to:
- Open doors internally across enterprise organisations
- Challenge and influence senior stakeholders
- Drive growth across existing accounts
- Spot opportunities others may miss
This role would suit someone who:
- Enjoys being out in the market and meeting clients face-to-face

- Has experience managing or growing enterprise/global accounts within a recruitment business
- Naturally identifies opportunities to increase account value and revenue
- Wants to move into a more strategic, consultative position with genuine autonomy
A huge selling point of this opportunity is the infrastructure around you.
You’ll work alongside an established, high-performing Delivery Team, allowing you to focus on relationship building, winning work, and scaling accounts, with confidence that delivery and execution are already operating to a very high standard.
