- Learning the step by step process to source candidates for opportunities in global software
- Managing jobs and applicants
- Writing job adverts and headhunting niche candidates

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Closing deals and earning commission
Recruitment Consultant - Graduate - Recruitment - Requirements:
- MUST be a 2025 graduate (Ideally predicted a 2:1 and above)
- At least ONE of the following: placement year/corporate experience, another language, competitive sports, musical background or a gap year working/travelling
