We are working with a top-tier board advisory and executive search firm that positions itself as a management consultancy and works exclusively with FTSE 100 companies. They operate at the very top of the market, competing with the SHREK firms, and advise some of the most senior leaders globally across multiple industries.
Due to growth, they are now looking to hire a Graduate / Junior Researcher to join their high-performing team. This is a proper training role where you will learn how elite executive search and board advisory really works. You will be taught how to market-map industries, build candidate maps, produce high-level market insight papers, and engage with C-suite level clients and candidates internationally. You will also complete professional qualifications as part of the role (including Investor Relations), with structured development, 6-monthly salary reviews, and bi-yearly bonuses.
