The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, combining business development with candidate management. You will work closely with clients and candidates, building long-term relationships while delivering against revenue and performance targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing new client relationships and expanding existing accounts
- Sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the recruitment process
- Managing roles from initial client brief through to successful placement
- Negotiating fees, offers, and terms with clients and candidates
- Consistently achieving revenue targets and KPIs
