You'll receive an 8-week training programme, a dedicated mentor and ongoing L&D, giving you everything you need to build a successful career in recruitment. You'll be working with some of the biggest names across technology and software, speaking to candidates and clients every day, negotiating deals and earning commission from Day 1. No recruitment experience required.

What Will You Actually Be Doing?
You'll be trained to become a full 360 Recruitment Consultant, learning how to:
- Headhunt candidates for roles with leading global businesses
- Build relationships with candidates and clients
- Manage jobs and applications
- Write adverts and creatively source niche candidates
- Develop your own network within the technology market
- Sell, negotiate and influence
- Manage recruitment processes from start to finish
- Close deals and earn commission
As you develop, you'll take on more responsibility for your own candidates, clients and revenue.
