This role offers the chance to take ownership of several major accounts, focusing on strategic growth, relationship management, and long-term account expansion across complex global organisations.
This is a highly consultative, relationship-led position focused on growing existing enterprise partnerships rather than purely generating cold business. You will be responsible for:
- Deepening relationships across key enterprise accounts
- Identifying new business areas and expansion opportunities
- Increasing overall account penetration and spend
- Building strong stakeholder relationships at senior and C-suite level
- Acting as a trusted advisor across complex client environments
- Driving strategic growth across existing partnerships
Whilst this is not a traditional cold sales role, it is very much focused on account expansion, meaning a strong commercial mindset is essential. You’ll need the confidence to:
- Open doors internally across enterprise organisations
- Challenge and influence senior stakeholders
- Drive growth across existing accounts
- Spot opportunities others may miss
This role would suit someone who:
- Enjoys being out in the market and meeting clients face-to-face
- Is confident operating and influencing at C-suite level
- Has experience managing or growing enterprise/global accounts within a recruitment business
