An opportunity to join an established, high-performing technology recruitment business with a strong reputation across the market and an impressive portfolio of enterprise clients. This role offers the chance to take ownership of several major accounts, focusing on strategic growth, relationship management, and long-term account expansion across complex global organisations.

This is a highly consultative, relationship-led position focused on growing existing enterprise partnerships rather than purely generating cold business. You will be responsible for:

  • Deepening relationships across key enterprise accounts
  • Identifying new business areas and expansion opportunities
  • Increasing overall account penetration and spend
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships at senior and C-suite level
  • Acting as a trusted advisor across complex client environments
  • Driving strategic growth across existing partnerships

Whilst this is not a traditional cold sales role, it is very much focused on account expansion, meaning a strong commercial mindset is essential. You’ll need the confidence to:

  • Open doors internally across enterprise organisations
  • Challenge and influence senior stakeholders
  • Drive growth across existing accounts
  • Spot opportunities others may miss

This role would suit someone who:

  • Enjoys being out in the market and meeting clients face-to-face
  • Is confident operating and influencing at C-suite level
  • Has experience managing or growing enterprise/global accounts within a recruitment business
  • Naturally identifies opportunities to increase account value and revenue
  • Wants to move into a more strategic, consultative position with genuine autonomy

A huge selling point of this opportunity is the infrastructure around you. You’ll work alongside an established, high-performing Delivery Team, allowing you to focus on relationship building, winning work, and scaling accounts, with confidence that delivery and execution are already operating to a very high standard.

Package:

  • Up to £80,000 base salary depending on experience
  • Double OTE
  • Hybrid working
  • Existing enterprise client base
  • Strategic, high-autonomy environment
  • Long-term progression opportunities
