The Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll specialise within the finance market, developing an in-depth understanding of your chosen sector while building relationships with both candidates and clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and identifying high-calibre finance professionals
  • Headhunting candidates across specialist financial markets
  • Building long-term relationships with candidates and senior industry professionals
  • Developing partnerships with investment banks, private equity firms, hedge funds and financial institutions
  • Understanding client hiring requirements and advising on available talent
  • Managing recruitment processes from initial briefing through to successful placement
  • Conducting candidate interviews and assessing suitability
  • Using LinkedIn, networking, market research, advertising and direct outreach to source talent
  • Guiding candidates throughout the interview and offer process
  • Developing your negotiation, influencing and business development skills
  • Learning how to negotiate and close high-value recruitment deals
