  • Manufacturing and assembling timber-frame structures
  • Constructing prefabricated and modular timber buildings
  • Reading and working accurately from technical drawings
  • Measuring, cutting, shaping and fitting timber components
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
  • Working effectively as part of an experienced production team

Applicants must have:

  • At least five years' relevant joinery experience
  • Strong timber-frame or modular-building experience
  • Excellent practical joinery skills
  • The ability to interpret technical drawings
  • Good English communication skills
  • A valid UKVI IELTS or approved UKVI PTE result meeting the Skilled Worker visa requirements, or the ability to obtain one
  • Relevant qualifications or evidence of substantial trade experience
