Key Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, aligning with our business requirements.
  • Participate in software development, including coding, testing, and implementation, using various programming languages.
  • Maintain and enhance our existing software systems.
  • Implement and test new systems, and conduct training sessions for users.
  • Manage automated data imports from external sources and ensure data integrity.
  • Administer and maintain the smooth operation of our current systems, including hardware management and troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with defined project requirements and collaborate on group projects.
  • Uphold high standards for quality and timely completion of tasks.

Required Skills

  • Deep understanding of IT systems, encompassing both software and hardware components.
  • Ability to effectively analyse and interpret systems and processes.
  • Competence in data management across various formats.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong mathematical and technical documentation capabilities.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills for legacy systems
