Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement Health & Safety policies.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
- Ensure compliance with UK Health & Safety regulations.
- Act as the main point of contact for all Health & Safety matters.
- Oversee health programs and lead safety training for colleagues.
Qualifications:
- NEBOSH certification.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus!
