Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, aligning with our business requirements.
- Participate in software development, including coding, testing, and implementation, using various programming languages.
- Maintain and enhance our existing software systems.
- Implement and test new systems, and conduct training sessions for users.
- Manage automated data imports from external sources and ensure data integrity.
- Administer and maintain the smooth operation of our current systems, including hardware management and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with defined project requirements and collaborate on group projects.
- Uphold high standards for quality and timely completion of tasks.
Required Skills
- Deep understanding of IT systems, encompassing both software and hardware components.
- Ability to effectively analyse and interpret systems and processes.
- Competence in data management across various formats.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Strong mathematical and technical documentation capabilities.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills for legacy systems.
