About the job

We are recruiting for an outstanding employer with a sincere work ethic in Dungannon County Tyrone. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an experienced team in County Tyrone.

Sean Jordan Engineering can take a project from the Architect/Engineers\’ designs and produce detailed fabrication drawings, structural steelwork fabrication, and erection for projects ranging from simple portal frame buildings to large-scale industrial structures. We have carried out many structural steel projects throughout Ireland and have successfully worked with all the leading consulting engineers in Northern Ireland.

We are looking for a Front of House Receptionist who has a passion for customer service and sales experience. The candidate should have previous experience in a customer service setting, have some sales and marketing experience, and be able to advertise on social media.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: £11.50 per hour and negotiable

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming calls from customers
  • Issue bills/invoices for payments
  • Manage and place inventory orders for the many functions of the business
  • Maintain clear and accurate records
  • Listen and respond to customer queries and requests both in-person and by phone or email
  • Liaise with necessary staff
  • Maintain a neat and orderly Front Desk and Reception Area
  • Manage front of house system
  • Update online platforms (website/social media)

Job Requirements

  • Have Sales Experience
  • Be able to advertise on social media
  • Be polite and mannerly
  • Have a positive, friendly, and can-do attitude
  • Be able to liaise with other team members
  • Be organised and proactive
  • Have previous experience of carrying out admin duties
  • Work well under pressure and always up for a challenge
  • Always be looking for ways to learn and improve, and inspire people while having fun and doing the right thing
  • Have computer IT-based skills and confidence in using Microsoft Office
