An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced CNC Machinist to join a leading precision engineering and manufacturing environment in County Tyrone. Working within a modern production facility, you will be responsible for producing high-quality precision components, maintaining machinery and equipment, and ensuring all work is completed to exacting customer and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacture precision-engineered components to specification.
  • Set up, operate and monitor CNC machinery.
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repair work on machinery and equipment.
  • Ensure all production activities meet quality and customer requirements.
  • Work to ISO and industry quality standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to achieve operational targets.
  • Support process improvements and efficiency projects.
  • Maintain a safe and organised working environment.
  • Participate in shift work, overtime and flexible working arrangements as required.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience operating CNC machinery within a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Experience working to tight tolerances.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible approach to shifts and overtime.
