We are recruiting an experienced CNC Lathe Programmer / Setter / Operator for an established precision engineering company based in Ballynahinch, Northern Ireland.
We are particularly interested in hearing from UK-based or Filipino candidates with an excellent standard of spoken English.
The ideal candidate will have
- * Ideally 10+ years' CNC machining experience
- * Proven experience programming, setting and operating CNC lathes
- * Strong experience using Fanuc controls
- * Ability to work independently from engineering drawings through to a fully finished component
- * Experience with small-batch, high-mix precision engineering work
- * Excellent spoken English
- * Ideally, some pipe welding experience
Additional experience in the following would be beneficial, although training can be provided:
- * CNC milling
- * Manual machining
- * CAD/CAM
- * Machining large castings and forgings
- * Cutting and machining steel and stainless steel
Working Hours
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–5:30pm
- No night shifts and no weekend work
