The only pre-requisites are that you’re bright and reliable and have some experience of finance admin (e.g. bookkeeping, sales & purchase ledger or payroll), ideally Sage 50, drive (so you’re not reliant on public transport) and other office admin duties.
You must also like the idea of ensuring that people who care for their living are paid correctly and on time. This is, first and foremost, a finance Administrator position for a lovely, family-owned care business where EVERYONE really matters.
If successful, you’ll join a small, focused head office team of grown-up professional individuals. You’ll learn the ropes from a warm and friendly long-standing office manager and you’ll also get to know the Operations Director, an inspirational leader with an impressive background in both care and up-market hospitality; and also the owners themselves.
All in all, the company employs a few hundred people, so ensuring records are accurately kept and up to date and that everyone is paid correctly and on time is really important to them, which makes you really important!
