• You will be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC Pin,
• You will have had previous Care Home Management experience with a track record of success with the CQC.
• You may be a hungry Deputy, with good tenures, ready to put your name above a door.
• An NVQ 5 in Leadership and Management would be preferred.
