We definitely want to speak with you if you\’re an experienced nursing home manager, who is a polished professional and great at customer service, keeping in mind the commissioning process is ongoing. There\’s lots of people to settle in and relatives to get to know, so this position suits anyone who has done a fair amount of bed filling or any commissioning.
What\’s most important is that you know what great care looks like, and either know well or are confident you\’ll adapt to CIW standards.
