This position comes with exceptional support from a Managing Director, HR Team, Operations Director, and experienced hands-on Directors. The home is currently rated 'Good' with the CQC in all domains and is set up for a journey to 'Outstanding'. It is a purpose-built, medium-sized home with a real community feel, where staff, residents, and relatives are all locals.
About You
- You will be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC Pin.
- You will have had previous Care Home Management experience with a track record of success with the CQC.
- You may be a hungry Deputy, with good tenures, ready to put your name above a door.
- An NVQ 5 in Leadership and Management would be preferred.
