This is a small, specialist residential service, seven beds, adults with learning disabilities and autism, some with complex needs, led by a team that genuinely understands the people it supports. The clinical infrastructure here is rare: an in-house psychologist, assistant psychologists, and a PBS specialist trainer. What you'll need:

- Right to work in the UK independently (no visa sponsorship available)
