What you\’ll be doing
You\’ll oversee the home managers from a clinical aspect, putting your expertise to use, with some troubleshooting and helping with commissioning.
You\’ll travel between several sites in Cheshire and North Wales (you\’ll need a car/licence).
The first six months, while you get up to speed, you\’ll have one home as a “base”, putting the world to rights there, then taking what you\’ve learned to the other sites.
You can get stuck in yourself, rather than bark orders from the sidelines.If a manager\’s unavailable, you roll up your sleeves.Hero work.
What you\’ll need
- As it\’s a clinical role, you\’ll need that background – you\’re either an RGN or RMN.
- You must have had exposure to elderly nursing homes due to the unique challenges there.
- We need someone who can hit the ground running, so you\’ll need experience having managed a home before.
- If you\’ve already got multi-site experience, we\’ll absolutely love you.But maybe you\’re a hungry Home Manager who wants to step up into regional management.You\’ll have the six months at the “base” home to prove yourself.
