Luton Borough Council is seeking an Estates Officer to keep housing estates clean, safe and well maintained, providing a visible and responsive service to residents. Youβll inspect communal areas, identify issues and ensure health, fire safety, cleanliness and value for money standards are met.
You will build relationships with tenants and partners, support antisocial behaviour cases, prepare witness statements and attend court where required, all while keeping clear records and reports.
