Salary: £26,500
Location: Stevenage
Contract: Permanent, Full time, Monday to Friday: 35 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming and outgoing emails efficiently
- Handling customer enquiries via telephone, including both receiving and making calls
- Processing orders and maintaining accurate records
- Working with spreadsheets and general administrative systems
- Supporting daily operations to ensure smooth workflow
Skills & Experience:
- Confident using computers and standard office software
- Experience with Sage (preferred but not essential)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Personal Attributes:
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during busy periods
