Are you an experienced Insurance professional looking for your next career opportunity? We are seeking an experienced and client-focused High Net Worth (HNW) Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of clients requiring bespoke home insurance solutions. This role involves delivering a premium, concierge-style service while ensuring comprehensive coverage for high-value homes, contents, and associated risks. You will act as a trusted advisor, building long-term relationships and providing tailored insurance strategies that reflect the needs of high-net-worth individuals.
Location: St Albans
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time, Monday to Friday
What you will be doing:
- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients with complex home insurance requirements
- Deliver a personalised, high-touch service, acting as the main point of contact for all client needs
- Assess client risk profiles, including high-value properties, contents, fine art, jewellery, and secondary residences
- Design and recommend bespoke insurance solutions aligned with client lifestyles
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews to ensure coverage remains adequate and competitive
- Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and policy placements efficiently
- Support clients with claims processes, ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across wider personal lines (e.g., motor, travel, valuables)
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Stay up to date with market trends, products, and risks
What we are looking for:
- Experience in personal lines insurance would be highly beneficial
- Strong knowledge of home insurance products, including high-value and non-standard risks
- Experience working with insurers and underwriting teams
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to deliver a premium, service-led client experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Professional qualifications (e.g., CII) desirable but not essential
