We're on the lookout for a talented IT Support Technician to become the voice of a rapidly growing, UK-based SaaS company. You'll be joining a fun, forward-thinking team where your voice matters, your ideas get heard, and your potential is limitless. As a Support Technician your responsibilities will be; * Troubleshoot and resolve a wide variety of queries with warmth, patience, and professionalism. * Deliver support through phone, video, email, and chat — whichever way our clients need you. * Run product demos, onboard new customers, and deliver engaging training sessions. * Liaise between our customers and our internal teams, feeding back ideas for improvements. * Travel occasionally for client meetings or trade shows (with time off in lieu for weekends). What We’re Looking For: * Fluency in English and one of the following: Spanish, French or German. * Experience in a support technician role * Strong communication skills — written and verbal. * A calm, logical approach to problem-solving and customer care. * An understanding of web technologies, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript. * Experience with cloud platforms, video calls, or customer training. * Experience juggling multiple priorities under pressure. * A charming, articulate, and helpful demeanour.
