Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for a mobile role where your technical skills are valued, your development is supported, and no two days are the same? On behalf of our client, we are looking for a talented Mobile Maintenance Engineer with a strong Air Conditioning and Refrigeration bias to join their growing engineering team.
The Role:
- PPM, reactive maintenance and fault finding
- Servicing and maintaining Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, VRF/VRV, Chillers, ASHPs and GSHPs
- Working within plant rooms and on pumps, valves and hot/cold water systems
- Supporting general mechanical and building services maintenance
- Producing clear and accurate digital job reports, including photographs and details of remedial works
- Completing compliance checks including water temperature monitoring, emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
About You:
- F Gas Category 1 qualification
- Strong Air Conditioning & Refrigeration experience
- City & Guilds 2079-11 Category 1 or equivalent
- Hydrocarbon qualification such as City & Guilds 6187-21 is desirable
- Experience with VRF/VRV, chillers, ASHPs and/or GSHPs
- Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Commercial building and plant room experience
- A willingness to develop broader mechanical and multi-skilled maintenance knowledge
- Full UK driving licence
